ABM UK is seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver welcoming, professional service to visitors and retailers within a bustling shopping centre. You will be a key information point, guiding customers and promoting centre events and facilities.

The role requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work across shift patterns, including weekends and evenings. Training provided and support available through our Recruitment Department.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or similar front-of-house roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a busy environment and handle enquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and via other channels.
• Provide accurate information on stores, facilities, hours, and events.
• Assist with directions and general information about the centre.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support accessibility needs and ensure a high standard of service.
