ABM is seeking a vigilant Service/Facilities Officer to maintain a safe shopping centre environment in Killingworth. You will patrol, monitor premises, and support daily operations while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety for visitors and staff.

The role requires a professional approach, strong communication, and the ability to work with others in a busy setting. Flexibility to cover shifts and a commitment to Health & Safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a security role within a busy shopping centre.
• Ability to patrol, monitor, and report incidents.
• Holding a SIADoor Supervisor Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling the centre.
• Carry out daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Support the day-to-day supervision of centre operations.
