Job summary

The National Trust welcomes applicants for a permanent Welcome & Service Team Member role at our historical property. You will greet visitors, share information, answer questions, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Reporting to the Welcome manager, you’ll be part of a team that delivers outstanding guest service and supports a range of property activities, events and visitor engagement.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with an understanding of great service.
• Team player who can also work on their own initiative.
• Well organised and adaptable; able to learn new skills.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to visiting public spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly welcome and share information about the property.
• Answer queries and ensure visitors have an enjoyable and memorable visit.
• Support visitors across the guest experience and property events.
• Contribute to outreach and social media promotion where appropriate.
