National Trust is recruiting a Welcome & Service Team Member for Anglesey Abbey, Cambridge. You will greet visitors, provide information about the property, answer questions and help ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit. You’ll contribute to a positive atmosphere and be part of a friendly team.

Role includes weekend shifts and working with our gator vehicle during sweeps. A full UK driving licence is required, and annualised hours apply with salary paid in 12 instalments.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends and use a vehicle as needed.
• Full UK driving licence required for role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm all-round visitor experience and help guests with queries.
• Share information about the property and local area to enhance visits.
