Job summary

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Welcome & Service Team Member to provide a warm, informative greeting to visitors at Thames Valley properties. You will answer questions, share information, and help create enjoyable visits across Basildon Park, Greys Court and Nuffield Place.

You will be involved in various aspects of the visitor experience, including events and social media promotion, with a focus on inclusivity and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with an understanding of great service.
• Team player but able to work on own initiative.
• Well organised and adaptable; willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly welcome and provide information to visitors.
• Answer queries and listen to visitors' needs to share the right information.
• Involve in different aspects of the visitor experience, including events and social media promotion.
• Help grow support for the National Trust by communicating with visitors and encouraging memberships.
• Operate the visitor shuttle buggy to keep properties accessible for visitors.
