The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty at Charlecote Park seeks a Welcome & Service Team Member to provide a warm, informative welcome and answer questions, ensuring visitors have a memorable day.
This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, with regular weekends/bank holidays and a base at Charlecote Park, reporting to the Welcome Manager. Opportunities to support other sites exist.
As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Salary: £25,837.5 per annum
Contract/duration: Permanent
Hours/working pattern: 37.5 hours per week. You'll be required to work regular weekends and bank holidays. Typically you'll work three weekends out of every four. Due to the nature of the role, there is no fixed working pattern, so flexibility is essential.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you'll be part of a team of 5 within the North Warwickshire Portfolio, with your primary base at Charlecote Park. There may also be opportunities to support our teams at Packwood House and Baddesley Clinton when required.
Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. You’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to social media promotion - no two days are the same. Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide. This role would suit anyone with enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
