Job summary
The National Trust is recruiting a Welcome & Service Team Member at Tyntesfield. You will provide a warm, friendly welcome, answer questions, and ensure visitors have an enjoyable and memorable visit.
The role is based at Tyntesfield, Bristol, with annualised hours and a 1170-hour year pattern, averaging 3 days per week, including one full weekend every fortnight. The package includes a substantial pension, free National Trust entry for you and guests, season-ticket loans, EV car lease options,

- Ensure visitors have the best day and feel welcomed and engaged.
- Be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from events to social media promotion.
