Job summary

As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit. Reporting to the Welcome and Service Assistant Manager, you’ll be part of a team of 4 at Ashridge Estate welcoming visitors and setting them up for their day.

You’ll use your knowledge of Ashridge to engage with our visitors and look to exceed their expectations, ensuring that they enjoy their visit with

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a welcoming approach.
• Team player who can also work on your own initiative.
• Well organised and adaptable with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great all-round customer service experience and answer visitor queries.
• Greet visitors on arrival, restock shelves in the shop, and clear tables in the café.
• Engage with visitors using knowledge of Ashridge Estate and promote fundraising and membership activities.
