Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Welcome & Service Team Member to be the public face of Hatfield Forest. You’ll provide a warm welcome, share information about the property, answer questions and help ensure visitors have an enjoyable day.

The role is permanent with 975 hours per year and a salary of £13.25 per hour. You’ll work under the Welcome Manager as part of a team, with an online assessment in place of a CV.

Responsibilities

• Day to day, deliver a great all-round customer service experience.
• You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what visitors need so you can share the right information.
• Contribute to different aspects of the visitor experience, from property events to social media promotion.
