Job summary

Heritage Trust of Lincolnshire seeks two Visitor Engagement and Support Officers for Greyfriars, Lincoln. The roles are split into Role 1 (10.5 hrs/week) and Role 2 (12 hrs/week). You will welcome visitors, support events, and help run the site to ensure it is safe, accessible and enjoyable.

Greyfriars is one of Lincoln’s most historic and atmospheric buildings, and we’re bringing it to life as a vibrant destination for events, community activities and cultural experiences. We’re looking for two enthusiastic and friendly Visitor Experience & Support Officers to help us create a welcoming, memorable experience for everyone who visits.

Location: Greyfriars, Lincoln
Hours: Role 1 – 10.5 hrs a week (0.28FTE) Role 2 – 12hrs a week (0.32FTE)
Salary: £25,877 pro-rata

Term: Initial fixed term for 15 months, with potential for continuation subject to funding and performance.
