As a self‑employed VMT, there is a direct relationship between the VMT and parent and the VMT is responsible for invoicing parents directly in respect of their agreed tuition fees.

The VMT may have the opportunity for group coaching, or be required throughout the year to support school rehearsals or competitions such as Carol Services and other School concerts. Such involvement would be remunerated at the hourly rate for that year.
