Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Visiting Development Manager (Ref 6100) based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. This part-time position offers 21 hours per week and a salary of £11,674.78 per annum plus benefits.

The role focuses on maintaining a welcoming environment, safety, and effective communication with residents about changes, events or works. You will report to the Area Manager and work with a peer team of Development Managers, supporting Residents Associations and organising social events to

Qualifications

Experience in a customer service environment.
Able to resolve issues and complaints effectively.
Comfortable with daily checks and maintaining records.
Proficient with MS Office and laptop/tablet use.

Responsibilities

Maintain a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Ensure building safety and security; coordinate with contractors and authorities in emergencies.
Manage contractor activity, raise orders, monitor progress, and sign off works.
Develop Residents Association and Social Committee activities to enhance community life.
Support sales/resale activities with estate agents and assist new residents to settle in.
Collaborate with local peers and attend monthly/annual team meetings.
