Responsibilities

• Maintain high profile around the development and office; ensure residents are checked within requirements.
• Perform daily safety checks and maintain records; protect data and keep communal areas clean and maintained by supervising contractors.
• Manage works, raise orders, monitor progress, and sign off completion.
• Encourage and support Residents Association; collaborate to improve resident experience and social events.
• Build links with residents' families, local authorities, doctors, social workers and health authorities.
• In emergencies, contact the appropriate response teams or authorities.
• Assist with sales listed with Retirement Homesearch; help new residents settle in and welcome them.
• Collaborate with local Development Managers and attend meetings monthly/annually.
