FirstPort Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking a Visiting Development Manager to oversee resident development activity in Heelands. This part-time role is 25 hours per week with a salary of £17,485 per annum plus benefits.

You will ensure safety and compliance, coordinate contractors, support a Residents Association, and help enhance the community experience for residents while maintaining strong customer service and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with a personable approach.
• Effective communication skills for residents and contractors.
• Understanding of health and safety best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic systems.
• Organised and methodical in maintaining records.
• Outgoing, self-motivated and team oriented.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high profile around the development and office and check residents within requirements.
• Carry out daily checks to ensure the building is safe, maintaining records and protecting data.
• Manage works, raise orders, monitor contractors, and sign off completion.
• Encourage formation of Residents Association and support social events for residents.
• Build links with residents' families, local authorities, doctors and social workers as needed.
• Assist with emergencies and welcome new residents alongside partner company Retirement Homesearch.
• Collaborate with the local peer team and attend company meetings as required.
