FirstPort Limited in the UK is seeking a Visiting Development Manager (Ref 26662) to supervise a development, ensure safety and daily operations, and maintain strong resident relationships. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–3pm, with duties including managing contractors, keeping records, and safeguarding common areas.

You will foster resident engagement by forming a Residents Association, planning social events, and building links with residents’ families, local authorities

• Maintain a high profile around the development and office, ensure residents are checked within requirements.
• Carry out daily checks to keep the building safe and secure; maintain records and protect data; keep communal areas tidy.
• Manage works, raise orders, supervise contractors, monitor progress and sign off completion.
• Encourage and support a Residents Association; plan and run social events for residents.
• Build links with residents’ families, local authorities, doctors, social workers and health services.
