FirstPort Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Visiting Development Manager (Ref 26652) for a 30-hour week (Mon-Fri 9am-3pm) at a residential development in Ellesmere Port. The role involves safety checks, contractor management and supporting residents, with travel to team meetings.

You will build community links, assist with sales through Retirement Homesearch, and uphold excellent customer service and record-keeping. Salary £20,982 per annum plus benefits.

• Customer service-focused and able to engage with residents face-to-face.
• Strong communication and issue-resolution abilities.
• Understanding of health & safety practices and emergency response.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Organised, methodical, and accurate in keeping records.

Mansioni

• Maintain a high profile around the development/office and check residents per requirements.
• Carry out daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure; maintain records and protect data; manage contractors.
• Oversee works, raise orders, monitor progress, and sign off completion.
• Encourage and support Residents Association and social events to enhance resident experience.
• Build links with residents, families, local authorities, doctors, social workers and health services as required.
• In emergencies, contact the appropriate response team or authorities.
• Assist with sales listed with Retirement Homesearch; welcome new residents and help them settle in.
• Collaborate with local Development Managers and travel to team/company meetings.
