Pre & Post Launch Hospital/ICS Activities

Start Date: July 2025

The Role (What you’ll be doing):

The position involves working on a new product launch in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres by engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, and identifying key clinical formulary champions to secure product access.

The role includes making calls via telephone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals within this specialist environment.

The Person (You):

Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally in oncology, haematology, or specialty care, with success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer decisions. A good understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desired. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key for our remote representatives.
