Job summary

Berenjak is seeking a friendly and personable Reservations Assistant to join for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will handle daily communications with guests, manage reservations (SevenRooms), and support the Operations Team to maximise revenue across the group.

The role requires prior Reservations experience, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Reservations Assistant.
• Proactive and personable with guest-facing experience.
• Willingness to learn and develop in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily guest reservations via email and VIP lines.
• Coordinate events and communicate details via function sheets.
• Provide administrative support to Operations Team.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth events and private hires.
• Achieve KPIs such as response time, conversion, and revenue.
