Job summary

EL DEVELOPMENT (VENTURES) PTE. LTD. in Lee-on-the-Solent is seeking an attentive Reservations Specialist to answer enquiries by phone and email, and to promote hotel services.

You will maintain knowledge of F&B services, upsell hotel facilities, quote rooms and rates, and input bookings into the reservation system, while coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in guest services or telemarketing, strong English communication, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or preferably in the area of guest services/tele-marketing.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Experienced candidate can be considered for Senior position
