Job summary

One Way is seeking two experienced Floor Layers for a project in Exeter, focusing on vinyl flooring installation. You will prepare surfaces, measure and cut materials, and install flooring to a high standard, with finishing details as required.

Ideal candidates will have previous floor-laying experience, proven vinyl installation skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Layer.
• Proven experience installing vinyl flooring.
• Good attention to detail and quality of finish.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• CSCS not required.
• Full PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floor surfaces before installation.
• Measure and cut materials to fit space accurately.
• Install vinyl flooring to a high standard.
• Carry out finishing details and general flooring prep as needed.
