Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Floor Layer to join a commercial building project in South London. Immediate start on an ongoing contract with hourly pay of £29 via umbrella. The role requires hands-on installation of vinyl flooring and related finishes on a busy site.

You will be responsible for completing flooring installations from start to finish, including vinyl sheet, carpet and tile, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and delivering high-quality workmanship to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months experience in floor laying.
• Experience installing vinyl sheet, carpets and carpet tiles.
• Skilled in all aspects of subfloor preparation.
• Able to work independently with initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and quality finishes.

Floor Layer - Commercial Building - South London - Immediate start - On-going - £29 Per Hour

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in South London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Floor Laye to cover a commercial site. He or she will have a proven track record in laying vinyl flooring ideally with experience on commercial sites.

Hours / Details

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
• On-going contract
• £29 per hour via umbrella
• Immediate start
