Key Responsibilities

• Measure and cut carpet to fit specific areas.
• Lay carpet using appropriate methods such as stretch-in installation, glue-down, or tack-strip installation, ensuring seamless installation.
• Prepare subflooring, including cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary adhesives or padding.
• LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) Installation:
• Measure and cut luxury vinyl tiles to fit the space.
• Lay LVT in a precise pattern or design as per project specifications.
• Install LVT over prepared subflooring (e.g., wood, concrete, or existing flooring).
• Apply adhesives, glue, or click-lock methods to ensure a durable and secure installation.
• Maintain quality control to ensure proper alignment, minimal gaps, and smooth transitions.
• Install sheet vinyl using the appropriate installation method (adhesive).
• Ensure that the vinyl flooring adheres securely to the subfloor and remains level across the entire area.
• Trim and shape vinyl flooring to fit edges and corners.
• Seamlessly integrate vinyl floors with baseboards, door trims, and other floor elements.
