One Way is seeking two experienced Floor Layers for a project in Exeter, focusing on vinyl flooring installation. You will prepare surfaces, measure and cut materials, and install flooring to a high standard, with finishing details as required.

Ideal candidates will have previous floor-laying experience, proven vinyl installation skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Floor Layer.
Proven experience installing vinyl flooring.
Good attention to detail and quality of finish.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
CSCS not required.
Full PPE required.

Responsibilities

Prepare floor surfaces before installation.
Measure and cut materials to fit space accurately.
Install vinyl flooring to a high standard.
Carry out finishing details and general flooring prep as needed.

Job description

Were currently looking for 2 experienced Floor Layers to join a project in Exeter, primarily working on the installation of vinyl flooring.

The role will involve preparing floor surfaces, measuring and cutting materials accurately, installing vinyl flooring to a good standard and carrying out finishing details where required. You may also be required to complete general flooring preparation and assist with other tasks to ensure the job is completed to a high standard.

We're looking for reliable, experienced Floor Layers with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Previous experience laying vinyl flooring is essential, along with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
