Candidates should have experience in installing sheet vinyl and Luxury Vinyl products, possess their own tools, and be able to level sub floors. Professional behavior and a good work ethic are essential. A driving license and van are required, with CSCS card being a bonus. This role demands high-quality service and responsibility for work done.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing sheet vinyl with coved skirting detail.
• Experience in installing Luxury Vinyl products such as Karndean & Amtico.
• Able to level existing sub floors with a water base/latex screed compound.
• Driving license and own van required (or willing to commute).
• CSCS card is a bonus.

Job Overview

A sought after flooring company that is currently expanding due to the increasing workload and taking on new clients, requires an enthusiastic skilled flooring contractor. Candidate should know how to liaise with client’s onsite and carry themselves in a professional manner, have good work ethic and common sense.

ContractFlooring.com will act as an agent for independent self-employed floor covering installers and can arrange for your order to be fitted where applicable. The fitting work will be carried out under a separate contract between you and the customers and you must take full responsibility for the quality of your work and service. All our registered fitters have to act in a professional and respectful manner at all times and we demand all services to be of the highest standards.

Requirements

• Experience in installing sheet vinyl with a cap and coved skirting detail.
• Experience in installing Luxury Vinyl products such as Karndean & Amtico.
• Be able to level existing sub floor with a water base/latex screed compound.
• Their own tools, which should include – 110 volts welding gun, hand and power tools.
• Driving license and own van. (If not, should be willing to commute)
• CSCS card is a bonus but not a necessity at present.
