Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Document Controller for Worthing, West Sussex, to manage documentation across multiple schemes on a permanent basis. You will work with Viewpoint For Projects, ensuring revision control, security permissions, and efficient distribution of drawings.

Strength in ISO19650 information management, autonomous work with a team of document controllers, and strong organisation are essential to support commercial, operations, estimating and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience using Viewpoint For Projects on multiple schemes.
• Ability to manage revision status codes and workflows.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 information management standards.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain drawing registers for each project.
• Log, track and distribute incoming and revised drawings.
• Ensure all documentation is issued to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records of project schedules, specifications and technical documents.
• Support the commercial and operations teams with document management and filing systems.
• Assist estimating team with tender documentation and document registers.
• Support the marketing team with PQQ submission and document registers.
• Assist in preparation and collation of operation & maintenance manuals.
• Provide guidance to site teams on accessing and using the document management system.
• Ensure documents are stored correctly within the company’s database / CDE system.
• Manage the archiving of completed projects, ensuring retention policies.
• Arrange secure disposal/shredding of confidential documents where required.
