A leading global business and technology partner is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to join their Strategic Deal team in Greater London. This role involves driving complex, high-value deals and shaping strategies for the Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing deals, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Join a company that values innovation, inclusion, and a balanced work culture.
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for shaping the future of business? Join a team where your voice matters, your ideas are valued, and your leadership can make a lasting impact. We're looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Leader to join our high-performing Strategic Deal team within the UK MALS (Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive and Life Sciences)
Reporting directly to the MALS head, this opportunity combines two pivotal leadership positions: Sales Director, responsible for originating and steering complex, high-value deals (typically over €20M) across multiple geographies and business units, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and driving transformative, value-led solutions; and Manufacturing Sector Lead, tasked with setting a visionary strategy for the sector, accelerating digital transformation, maximizing market opportunities, and building a high-performing team to deliver innovative outcomes for clients and their customer.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and clients at the highest levels, developing trusted relationships and shaping propositions that support business transformation, joint ventures, and new market strategies. Your ability to listen, collaborate, and lead with empathy will be key to inspiring cross‑functional teams and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Once a deal progresses from the origination phase and is formally qualified, you will take full accountability for leading the pursuit. Working closely with the UK Market Unit, Strategic Business Unit, and Group Account Executive, you will further develop the sales, pricing, and commercial strategies, refine the client value proposition, and lead the negotiation of the final contract with the support of a dedicated deal team.
This is more than a sales role—it’s a chance to influence the direction of major industries while working in an environment that supports your growth and champions diverse perspectives. You’ll be empowered to bring your whole self to work, supported by a culture that values inclusion, flexibility, and balance.
If you’re ready to lead with purpose, build meaningful relationships, and drive strategic change, we’d love to hear from you.
To be successfully appointed to this role, you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS). There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Working ethically is at the centre of our culture at Capgemini, meaning you will be helping to create a future we can all be proud of.
