Job summary

Fullerton Group is seeking a Vetting & Screening Partner to support our Operational Teams by ensuring all security personnel are compliant and ready for deployment in Leeds. You will manage screening in line with BS7858, ACS standards and company policies, ensuring checks are completed accurately and on time.

You will work closely with Operations and Resourcing, providing administrative support and a professional candidate experience while maintaining data protection standards and high integrity

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BS7858 standards and screening processes.
• Understanding of right-to-work checks and document verification.
• Ability to maintain accurate, compliant records.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and data protection responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with operational teams to align vetting activity with deployment needs.
• Ensure new hires complete documentation and BS7858 screening.
• Manage day-to-day screening delivery; verify and process information on time.
• Review vetting data to identify risks and escalate as needed.
• Handle personal data confidentially and comply with data protection laws.
• Provide timely, professional support on vetting and candidate progress.
• Maintain positive applicant experience throughout the vetting journey.
• Monitor channels daily and respond to queries with high-quality service.
• Meet weekly KPIs to support readiness and deployment.
