A prominent veterinary care provider is seeking a part-time Veterinary Surgeon to deliver exceptional care at their Abingdon practice and support a high-standard team environment. Applicants should be RCVS registered with experience in clinical leadership. Benefits include private medical insurance, clinical CPD funding, and generous leave. We are seeking a part time Veterinary Surgeon to work two days per week at our Abingdon practice and either 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 Saturday and Sundays at our Woodstock 24 Hour.
The team at Medivet Abingdon consists of one Lead Vet, one RVN, one VCA and two part time CCA's. The practice has ultrasound, x-ray and are having digital x-ray installed. The Lead vet like orthopaedics. There is plenty of parking at the practice with street parking also available. A 5 minute walk into Abingdon town itself and close to the A34, so really accessible.
Medivet Woodstock 24 Hour takes in referrals in the region and has been extended and refurbished to a high standard this year with a CT scanner installed.
