Job summary

Pride Veterinary Referrals, the UK’s leading small animal referral hospital, is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to join the Referrals leadership team. You will analyse client and referring vet feedback to identify service improvements and work with clinical teams to enhance client and referrer communications.

This role focuses on managing stakeholder relationships, handling queries and complaints, organising CPD events, and using data to drive referral patterns and growth.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in a referral setting with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience handling complaints and resolving issues.
• Ability to create engaging social media content to promote services.
• Organised with capability to plan and run engagement events.
• Analytical mindset using data to demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities

• Take lead on marketing activity including social media content and newsletters.
• Arrange and support external and internal CPD events for referring vets.
• Collaborate with relation management colleagues to share best practice and drive improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital colleagues and refer vet feedback.
• Utilise systems to analyse referral patterns, seasonality, trends and inform decisions.
