Pride Veterinary Referrals is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to strengthen partnerships with referring vets and clients, analyse feedback and drive service improvements with leadership support. You will work with clinical teams to enhance client communications, manage stakeholder relationships, and handle complaints while supporting management in achieving resolutions.

This role also involves marketing activities and coordinating CPD events for the referral network.

Qualificações

• You have a clinical background with significant experience in a referral setting and strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships.
• Experience handling complaints, resolving issues and managing challenging conversations ensuring the appropriate follow up.
• You will be confident in the use of social media and can create content that generates interest in the hospital and our services.
• You will be well organized and structured, with the ability to organize engagement events.
• You will have an analytical approach, with the ability to use data to demonstrate impact of our work.
• You will have experience of managing and positively influencing others for the good of colleagues, patients, owners and referring vets.

Responsabilidades

• Taking lead on all marketing activity including social media content and newsletters.
• Arrange and support external and internal CPD events for referring vets.
• Work with other relationship management colleagues to share best practice and drive improvements.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with hospital colleagues and referring vets.
• Utilise systems to determine referral patterns, seasonality and trends to inform decisions.
