Park Vet Group is recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team at the Saffron Lane branch. This permanent position offers 25 hours per week, including 1 in 6 Saturdays and bank holidays on a rota, providing an opportunity to enhance customer service skills within a friendly and supportive team.

1. Booking appointments and surgeries
2. Greeting clients upon arrival
3. Dispensing medication
4. Handling phone and email queries
5. Processing payments
6. Discussing financial matters confidently
7. Proactively communicating with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
8. Performing administrative duties such as scanning paperwork, filling forms, and payment processing
