Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care in the United Kingdom is seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join Tern Vets on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to deliver a welcoming and compassionate experience across appointments, enquiries and client communications.

You’ll work with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth client and patient journey, with 4x9.75hr days and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Tern Vets on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months.

The successful candidate will be welcomed, well supported where necessary but also given clinical freedom. We are a current, progressive and collaborative practice who strive to keep looking forward.

North Shropshire has the advantage of being rural and beautiful, perfect for dog walking, horse riding, wild water swimming, mountain biking etc. Whilst being within easy access of Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• 4 x 9.75hr days, 1 in 4 saturdays
