Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join Riverside Veterinary Centre in Belper on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months.

You will welcome clients and their pets, manage appointments, handle enquiries, and work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Riverside Veterinary Centre on a full time fixed-term basis for 6 months.

Riverside Vets is a well-established, single-site small animal practice in Belper, with an exciting future ahead. Our team includes veterinary surgeons, RVNs, an SVN, receptionists and a practice manager. How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• Working 40 hours per week
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
