Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will manage appointments, handle enquiries, take payments and support both clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working 40 hours over 4 days with occasional Saturday mornings, you will bring excellent communication, a welcoming manner and the ability to multitask in a busy practice. Training and career development are provided.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• Working 40 hours over 4 days a week. Shift will be 8am-6.30pm. You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include; Meeting and greeting clients and their pets, booking appointments, taking payments, answering the telephone, preparing patient prescriptions and much more.
