Vets Now is seeking a Weekend Veterinary Nurse to join our Colwyn Bay team. This weekend role offers a chance to deepen ECC knowledge while earning a second income or balancing family commitments.

You will work as part of our nursing team handling triage, anaesthesia, and in-patient care, with weekend shifts and additional bank holidays. A supportive development path including ECC certificates and CPD access is provided.

Qualificações

• RCVS registration for a minimum of six months.
• Motivated to maintain high clinic standards.
• Experience with an ECC caseload is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• First Aid - give appropriate advice over the phone and perform in clinic.
• Critical Care - management and monitoring of major body systems, monitoring of in-patient trends, physiotherapy, pain assessment, wound and dressing care.
• Diagnostics - confident to perform basic diagnostic procedures in a sole charge capacity.

Up to £17ph DOE plus benefits

Working hours:

Week 1: Off

Week 2: Saturday from 12:00 to 19:00 and Sunday from 08:30 to 19:30

Week 3: Off

Week 4: Saturday from 19:00 to 09:00 and Sunday from 19:00 to 08:30

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
