Linnaeus Veterinary Limited, via Pets 'n' Vets Roundhouse Hospital in the United Kingdom, is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Advisor on a fixed-term maternity cover for 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, with early and late shifts. You will welcome clients, take bookings, handle payments, answer calls, and promote services while delivering gold standard care.

Essential clinic experience, confident telephone manner, cash handling and MS Office skills are required; benefits

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a clinic setting essential.
• Confident using the telephone.
• Cash handling and till operation.
• IT skills – confident in Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Welcoming and registering new customers
• Booking in customers and ensuring gold standard care
• Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries
• Managing customer expectations regarding wait time
• Administration duties (scanning, forms)
• Taking payments
• Promoting services
