Job summary

Linnaeus Veterinary Limited is seeking a Client Care Administrator to join our busy Client Care team in Hitchin. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients and their pets, arranging appointments, and supporting veterinary practices.

You should have experience in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment and be confident with telephone work. This permanent, full-time role covers shifts from 8:00 to 21:00, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Professional and caring approach in all aspects of work.
• Provide evidence of Right to Work in the UK.
• Competent in use of Microsoft Office and clinical systems for email, letters, reports and patient records.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets; discuss needs and arrange appointments.
• Handle telephone enquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Maintain and update patient records and scheduling in systems.
• Liaise with veterinary practices to coordinate care.
