Pets 'n'Vets Roundhouse Hospital in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Advisor to join us on a fixed term maternity cover. You will be the first point of contact, greet clients, book appointments and process payments in a busy veterinary clinic.

You’ll need clinic experience, confidence with phones and cash handling, and good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). The role offers 37.5 hours, 5 days over 7 with shared early/late shifts, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a clinic setting is essential.
• Confident using the telephone and handling customer inquiries.
• Cash handling and till operation.
• IT skills - confident in Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming and registering new customers.
• Booking in customers and ensuring they receive gold standard care.
• Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries.
• Managing customer expectations regarding wait time.
• Administration duties such as scanning and filing forms.
• Taking payments and processing transactions.
• Promoting services to clients.
