Job summary

Vets for Pets Dover Whitfield is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will greet clients and their pets, provide guidance on our services, handle payments and bookings, and support the clinical team to deliver excellent care.

Working 40 hours per week with weekends on a 1 in 3 rota, you will join a team of receptionists, nurses and vets. Computer literacy and excellent client service are essential, as is a welcoming, calm demeanor.

Qualifications

• Excellent client service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and the team.
• Comfort with handling payments and bookings in a busy practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly at the reception.
• Provide guidance on services and practice offerings.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines using the online booking system.
