Job summary

The Vet in Doncaster is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our friendly team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival through to checkout.

We value outgoing, proactive, and confident individuals who can support customers with clear communication and high-quality service, including discussing our Pet Health Plans and available services.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to create a welcoming environment for customers and their pets.
• Outgoing, proactive, confident and helpful when interacting with customers.
• Willing to complete tablet check-in and explain services offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and their pets at reception and guide them to the waiting area.
• Complete check-in on the tablet and discuss services that may benefit the customer.
• Assist with the check-out process and ensure customers have time to ask questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as first point of contact for the practice.
