The Pet Vet Nottingham is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our friendly reception team. The role covers weekend shifts (two days, 10am-2pm) and focuses on welcoming customers and their pets with a helpful, efficient approach.

You’ll receive training through BVRA and work in a purpose-built practice with a supportive team, joining a 6-person reception group committed to outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Customer service superstar capable of creating a welcoming environment.
• Experience in reception or front-desk roles is beneficial.
