The Pet Vet Nottingham seeks a Deputy Customer Experience Manager to support and lead our friendly reception team, ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment for customers and their pets. You will guide check-in/check-out on tablets and upsell Pet Health Plan benefits, while championing excellent service across the practice.

We are a well-established, family-owned veterinary group offering BVRA CPD-based training, profit share, long service recognition, income protection, and surgery discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in service/hospitality.
• Ability to lead a team of reception staff and coordinate front-desk activities.
• Willingness to develop through BVRA CPD and veterinary reception training.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Experience Manager in leading the team of Coordinators.
• Create a welcoming, efficient environment for customers and their pets at the deskless reception areas.
• Guide customers through check-in/check-out on tablets and upsell Pet Health Plan benefits.
• Contribute to social content for local audience and help engage the community.
