Job summary

Pets at Home Limited in Uxbridge is seeking an enthusiastic client services assistant to join our brand-new practice. You will greet clients, support the veterinary team, process payments, and assist with bookings, ensuring a warm, confident experience for every pet and owner.

Located inside one of our stores, the role offers 40 hours over Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri; Wed and Sat alternate. We provide 20% staff discounts and opportunities for development in a modern, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary industry or customer care roles preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use online booking systems and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets and act as a liaison with the clinical team.
• Provide support, guidance, and reassurance to clients during visits.
• Process payments accurately and manage future bookings.
• Coordinate daily practice activities using the online booking system.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and the practice team to ensure a positive visit experience.
• Contribute to a warm, collaborative environment within the team.
