Qualifikationen

• You’re skilled at providing exceptional client facing care and reception duties.
• Good numeracy skills and experience with online appointment booking systems.
• You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference and stay calm under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Carry out reception duties, greet clients on arrival and update records.
• Triage emergency appointments and contact clients to rearrange as needed.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client calls and manage messages.
• Ensure slots are available for online bookings and process repeat prescription orders.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Weekend working on a rotational basis (1 in 3 saturdays or sundays at New Cross or Camberwell).
• Bank holiday working on a rotational basis as needed.
