Job summary

Medivet Frimley Green is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the welcoming frontline for clients and their pets. You will handle calls, bookings, and day-to-day reception duties in a busy practice, ensuring a calm and professional environment.

You’ll join a supportive team, with a focus on excellent client service, problem solving, and accurate record keeping. Availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with some flexibility, plus rotation to Wokingham Hospital.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing receptionist roles is preferred.
• Good numeracy skills and experience with online appointment booking systems.
• Team player who can work in a busy veterinary reception.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties, greet clients and update records.
• Triage emergency appointments and rearrange as needed.
• Manage the practice diary and online booking slots.
• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Process any repeat prescription orders.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
