Medivet Bisley is seeking a confident Client Care Assistant to deliver a welcoming front-of-house experience and support the clinical team. You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle queries, process payments, and maintain tidy, efficient reception.

You’ll contribute to a busy practice with weekend work on a 1 in 4 Saturdays rotation and enjoy benefits and career development opportunities within Medivet.

Qualifications

• Excellent client-facing communication.
• Good numeracy and experience with online appointment booking systems.
• Team player who can remain calm under pressure and adapt to a busy practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage reception duties.
• Book, reschedule appointments and support clinic flow.
• Answer client queries and direct to the appropriate team member.
• Process payments and insurance claims accurately.
• Support admin tasks and maintain client records.
