Medivet & Partners is seeking a friendly Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for client phone calls and visits. You will deliver exceptional care, update records, manage the practice diary, and support the team in a busy veterinary environment.

You should have strong numeracy, experience with online appointment booking systems, and be a calm, team‑oriented communicator. Previous veterinary receptionist experience is desirable and on-site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties, greeting clients on arrival, and updating records.
• Triage emergency appointments and coordinate with clients.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Ensure online booking slots are available for clients.
• Process repeat prescription order requests.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
