Job summary

Amical Veterinary Centre in March is seeking a permanent Practice Manager to oversee non-clinical operations and lead a high-performing team. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or out-of-hours work.

You will partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, strong team performance and an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance and positive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in people and operations management, preferably in healthcare or service-led environments.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the non-clinical operations of the practice and work closely with clinical leadership.
• Oversee operational delivery, people management and compliance.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day running and exceptional client experience.
• Support the practice to achieve performance, quality and service objectives.
• Foster a positive culture enabling clinical teams to deliver excellent care.
