Job summary

Creature Comforts is seeking a commercially minded Practice Manager to lead non-clinical operations alongside the clinical leadership team. You will own operational efficiency, financial performance, and people development to support high-quality patient care across our clinics.

You will manage hosts and support staff, design rosters, monitor KPIs and collaborate with Central Office on brand, marketing, and member growth as we scale across London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Essential: proven operational management in veterinary/healthcare or similar.
• Essential: experience with P&L, budgeting and payroll.
• Essential: HR experience including performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and non-clinical teams with a focus on development.
• Oversee day-to-day practice operations and workflows.
• Design staff rosters to maximise capacity while protecting wellbeing.
• Act as conduit between clinic and Central Office for brand/marketing initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and P&L to drive financial health and improvements.
• Champion membership growth and client experience across the clinic.
