Job summary

Creature Comforts is seeking a commercially minded Practice Manager to lead non-clinical operations, drive efficiency and financial performance, and develop the team. You will partner with clinical leadership, manage hosts and support staff, and implement systems to reduce risk while maintaining exceptional client care.

The role focuses on operational excellence, people development, and delivering a high-quality patient and client experience across clinics.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in operational management in healthcare settings.
• Financial management including P&L, budgeting and payroll.
• HR experience with performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Design staff rotas to maximise capacity while safeguarding wellbeing.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction with Clinical Director.
• Own brand standards and coordinate marketing with Central Office.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue and expenses; drive improvements.
